All models are fitted with the self-cleaning chamber system (Joyclean), a system for detecting the layer of scale inside the boiler (Joycheckcalc) and, on request, with the suction system that eliminates steam and odours (Joyhood). The ovens in the Joystik range can cook in different ways and can be used individually or in combinations for results that are always excellent. The system of continuous segment probes (Joyprobe) is a truly interesting feature that takes different measurements in the heart of the product to guarantee exact measurement also in the of case incorrect perforation. PROFESSIONAL GASTRONOMY OVENSFoinox’ Red Line ovens are professional gastronomy ovens whose characteristics can guarantee high cooking performances and uniformity together with an easy cleaning and robustness. Some of its main features are the trapezoidal and stamped cooking chamber with rounded angles made in AISI 304 stainless steel. The double tempered glass is easy to open. HIGH-PERFORMANCE OVENSBlue Line is the new, low cost line of traditional Foinox ovens, now completely re-designed to provide the market with a complete range of versatile, top performance ovens. One oven in this range combines a traditional gastronomy oven with optional confectionery trays. The cooking chamber is entirely modelled, with rounded corners, and a handle with a double release device to avoid puffs of steam when the oven is opened. The Green line offers a professional tool to the small catering operator, and is divided into three series: pastry, speedy and small, all giving a practical and functional solution. PROFESSIONAL PASTRY-MAKING OVENSBakery and pastry-making are traditionally considered complex sectors. In order to guarantee global coverage of the market, Foinox produces two lines of professional ovens. These include the FP line, suitable for simple pastry, especially frozen and semi-finished products, and the Délice line, which offers the most professional oven, suitable for the delicate fresh pastries of the most demanding pastry-cooks.
