Garcia Casademont - Kitchen Design and InstallationFounded in 1979 by Josep Garcia and Joaquim Casademont, Garcia & Casademont designs, manufactures and installs tailored top-range professional kitchens for hotels, restaurants and many areas of the catering industry. TAILOR-MADE HOTEL KITCHENSWe listen to our customers and we consider their individual needs in order to maximise functionality in the kitchen. This allows us to optimise the specific workflows in the kitchen, giving special importance to ergonomics and respecting all local regulations in our designs. KITCHEN WORKFLOW OPTIMISATIONOur kitchen designs include the study of the space limitations of the kitchen and the culinary style of our customer, to provide optimised workflow safely in each and every zone. These include the food reception zone, preparation area, production area for catering or banquets, cooking area, vacuum cooking, finish area, cold courses and desserts zone, pastry zone, the pot-washing area, dishwashing area, and the waiters’ office. STAINLESS-STEEL COUNTERSAll our stainless-steel counters are completely tailor-made with one-block worktops without junctions, to avoid infiltrations. Manufactured totally in stainless-steel with 2mm thick worktops and with rounded or straight finish inside and outside, they include solid doors and also drawers adapted to the Gastronorm rules. REFRIGERATED COUNTERSIn addition, in order to avoid dirt and to make the cleaning of the kitchen easier, we produce refrigerated counters specially designed to be placed on concrete plinths. Our refrigerated counters work with remote compressors and are refrigerated through fans to guarantee an optimal diffusion of cold. FUME AND STEAM EXTRACTIONIn all our projects the fume and extraction system, which operates through tailor-made canopy hoods or ventilated ceilings, includes fresh-air impelling. Depending on each case, these can also be conditioned according to requirements. KITCHEN INSTALLATION AND AFTER SALES SERVICEWe have specialised technical teams for installation and after sales services in all the countries in which we operate. We install kitchens in professional businesses on an international scale, including in France, Norway and Spain. Customers include Le Jardin des Sens (Montpellier), La Côte de Saint Jacques (Joigny), Hôtel du Golf (Cap d’agde), Apent Bakeri (Oslo), Lasarte (Barcelona), Estadio Santiago Bernabeu (Madrid) and many more.
