PRINTING SOLUTION FOR GUESTS

The high-speed internet system is linked to the guest printing system. Business guests who are getting ready for a meeting in the hotel need to print presentations or materials for the meeting. If the hotel provides internet for hotel guests (LAN, Wi-Fi), thanks to this solution it can offer hotel guests printing facilities.

DIGIPANELS - DIGITAL ORIENTATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEM (DIGITAL SIGNANGE)

DigiPanels are multi-media information panels using plasma and LCD displays, providing independent displays of targeted information for each panel of their group. The displays are divided according to their basic function into 'directories' and presentation displays. Central storage of multi-media data and settings is provided, alongside a user client for comfortable control from user PCs on the net.

INTERACTIVE TELEVISION AND PAY-TV SETS

Apart from ordinary TV channels and satellite channels, Mikenopa can provide digital film channels using Video on Demand (VoD) with pause function, four channels of non-stop film broadcasting, four radio stations, 25 films in the VoD mode.

Using the MovieMachine server, there are up to 250 films available, a parental lock (locking adult film channels), wake-up service, language selection, display of the billing information, express check-out, room status, mini-bar management and others.

CONGRESS CENTRE SYSTEM (AUDIO / VIDEO EQUIPMENT)

The congress centre system combines comfortable and intuitive control of several partial systems in one unit. It concerns:

The system of integrated telecommunication services uses an IP telephony technology from Cisco Systems and the Nevotek V/IP - suite application solution. This system, which closely functions with the hotel PMS (for example Micros Fidelio, Opera, etc.), offers a complete list of hotel services.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND SECURITY

The basic element of the access control system is a card, which authorises a guest to enter the pre-defined premises of the hotel (a hotel room, protected hotel garages, fitness centre, swimming pool) or possibly to make use of other services (opening a room safe, lift control, sauna, massaging).
