LODGING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Lodge Services is a powerful lodging management system that is simple to use with an inviting user interface. Lodge Services functions as an internet desktop application that connects over local area networks and the internet. Connections made over the internet, using Lodge Services Remote, provide remote access for associates, owners, and managers to perform real-time hotel transactions.

We have also stripped away the complex data exchange process between hotels and corporate offices using SincManager™. SincManager synchronizes Lodge Services data with Lodge Manager for online consolidated reporting, remote management and data sharing.

EXTENDED STAY DASHBOARD

Extended Stay Dashboards provide up-to-the-second visualization of the key metrics that drive event-driven operations within your hotel. Extended Stay Dashboards consists of simple real-time events and changes that are instantly accessible to users in an intuitive manner, thus providing true operational intelligence for operations that require real-time monitoring and action. For example, some events represent the number of check-ins, renewals or expected check-outs. With a single click from the dashboard, an action is triggered to process the transaction in seconds.

ALERTPOINTS

AlertPoints are predefined business rules that are monitored in real-time. When a business rule is out of compliance, Lodge Services triggers an AlertPoint and notifies the appropriate person. AlertPoints can be programmed to force the alerted user to acknowledge the alert by entering in their user id and password as confirmation. Here is some of our AlertPoints - guest room 911 calls, call accounting charge limits, direct bill limits, calls placed from an unoccupied room and much more.

PREPAY CREDITCARD SYSTEM

The Prepay Creditcard System (PCS) provides integrated credit card processing with the ability to authorize prepaid transactions at the same merchant discount rate as post-paid authorizations. PCS also manages the credit card process when transactions are rolled back or voided and provides a very simple settlement process to minimize closing problems. PCS gives you the power to accurately collect revenue at the point of sale at no additional discount points.
