Bicappa Italia is an Italian company producing sofas, armchairs and spring mattresses. Thanks to the experience gained from more than 40 years of activity, Bicappa is now one of the major companies on the market, producing sofa and chair beds.

IN-HOUSE FURNITURE PRODUCTION

The internal working activity is organised in four production departments: steel structural workshop - where we produce the mechanisms for our sofa beds, which are entirely designed internally; the mattress department - where spring mattresses are produced for equipping the mechanisms; the joiners' workshop - where the wooden framework is put together; and finally, the upholsterers' workshop, where the work is completed with the cutting and sewing of the fabrics, the assembly of partly-finished goods and where prototypes designed by the architects are created.

In our catalogue there are at least 40 models of sofas and armchairs that can either be transformed into beds or remain fixed, they are available in all sizes and dimensions. We have gained over 50 years' experience, allowing us to create our products while continuously undertaking research into the design and the quality of the materials used. We give great importance to the practicality and ease-of-use of our sofa beds.
