Our architects play a vital role in most of our projects, offering expert advice and guidance to our designers and fulfilling your hotel’s requirements.

We rely on them to submit applications, carry out surveys, and advise on capacity implications. With varied and long experience, they have built up a network of relationships with many councils throughout the country.

As an integral part of the design process our architects are fully integrated into the team, working side by side with designers ensuring that their expertise and guidance is at hand every step of the way.

We have gained extensive knowledge and skill in the refurbishment of listed buildings and have developed a good understanding of the unpredictable nature of old buildings.

We are also experienced at surveying estates and properties to ensure that they are suitable under the new Disabled Discrimination Act.

Our illustrators have long been experts at computer generated 3D walk throughs and often play an important role during the initial presentation stages. They generate 360° panoramic illustrations and impressions of the predicted hotel interior that are cutting edge.
