CARPET DESIGNING AND SAMPLING SERVICE

Carpets Inter provides its customers with carpet designing and sampling services. Design sophistication and computerised jacquard looms are made possible by Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems.

Our KIBBY automatic high speed carpet sampling machines can precisely simulate the design and colours. KIBBY helps us to meet more urgent customer's requirements quickly and efficiently.

Our sales, design and installations teams are ready to promptly assist and discuss your proposals. Even if you prefer your own colour or pattern, colouring is simplified by the use of our comprehensive tuft box. Colours can be closely matched in most carpet fibres to your requirements, using our advanced colour matching technology.

LAYOUT AND FLOOR PLANNING

Specialist knowledge is needed, particularly when specifying difficult corridor layouts or using border features, to determine correct yardages, costs and seaming required prior to final production using our electronic jacquard broadlooms.

Our layout specialists can give assistance with advising the most economical manufacturing and installation methods for each pattern and producing computerised plans.

WEAVING AND TUFTING

We are the largest Axminster carpet weaver in South East Asia with over 30 looms. Carpet can be woven 15ft wide; reducing the number of carpet width joins in large installations.

Carpets Inter is the only South East Asian manufacturer of woven Wilton carpets.
