Driverless printing

Mobile workers can easily and securely use their mobile device to print documents, emails and web content to a printer located at your front desk, without needing to install and configure drivers. At the guest’s convenience, they can visit the printer and securely release the print job to ensure confidentiality; the venue owner is then able to choose whether or not to charge for this service.

WiFi authentication and validation

After cost, flexibility and choice are the most important factors for guests using a WiFi provision. With this in mind we have developed five fast, easy-to-use authentication methods for guests to choose from as their preferred method of validation.

• Voucher card: Airangel works with your marketing team to create branded voucher cards that are in line with your corporate identity; if required, we can design a number of different cards to cater for different access periods/purposes
• Credit card: our system offers guests a highly secure, reliable, easy-to-use internet-based form of payment; credit cards are checked online at the time of entering the transaction details and no credit card information is transmitted via the Internet without encryption, ensuring security
• SMS: as part of our dedication to offering innovative and flexible solutions, users can generate internet access codes via SMS; by entering their mobile telephone number into the Virtual Concierge authentication page guests will be issued with a code that will grant access for a pre-determined period 
• PMS: guests staying within a hotel can access the Internet though a property management system (PMS); as long as the guest’s surname and room number coordinates with details held on the hotel’s PMS system, authentication will be granted and the guest can access the Internet for the length of their stay
• Custom: unique codes can be created by venue owners using a management tool we provide as part of the Virtual Concierge package  

Public kiosk for internet access without mobile devices

The kiosk provides your guests with a PC that they can use not only to access the internet, but also to use common office packages. Grouped together, kiosk PCs can give venues an instant internet access area – a fantastic solution for guests with internet requirements who don’t have a mobile device to hand.
