Hilton Hotels has installed Birch Street Systems' online e-Procurement System in its French properties.
The Birch Street Application Suite provides Hilton with a single online portal to conduct all procurement activity.
The system streamlines the procure-to-pay cycle and its built-in data warehouse provides real-time visibility and analytics on all procurement activity across the properties.
Hilton says it will use the system for all purchases including food and beverage.
It has been installed in Hilton's five Paris properties and will be installed in three remaining French properties by mid 2008.
