Station Casinos has installed MTech's internet-based Hotel Service Optimisation System (HotSOS) to connect staff, guests, groups and meeting planners.
The Las Vegas chain says HotSOS helps team members focus attention on immediate guest requests and reduces overall wear and tear of the properties.
HotSoS is a suite of internet-enabled, enterprise-level quality and customer relationship management applications available on a subscription basis.
