Genting International's UK subsidiary has teamed with NEC Group to build a £90m leisure and entertainment complex, including casino, spa and hotel, in Birmingham.
The proposed scheme represents the first phase of a grand design for the NEC site designed to deliver a range of leisure and business facilities to complement the exhibition halls and arena.
Genting Stanley is the largest casino operator in the country, with more than 40 outlets.
