Las Vegas gambling company MGM Mirage has announced a deal to develop and operate a gambling-free hotel in China.

The partnership with Diaoyutai State Guesthouse will see the firm develop a mixed-use property with Sinosteel International Plaza.

The development in Tianjin will consist of two towers, including a luxury hotel and conference and office components.

The complex includes a 350-room luxury hotel, the MGM Grand Tianjin, and a 50-suite Skylofts at MGM Grand, as well as 60 condominiums.
