Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the development of a Park Inn in Graz, Austria.
The 194-room property, to be managed by RIMC Austria/Vienna, will open in the third quarter of 2010.
Graz is the second largest city in Austria and the capital of the province of Styria (Steiermark), the 'green heart of Austria'.
Rezidor already operates one hotel in Vienna and is developing two further properties in Linz and Klosterneuburg both of which will open in 2009.
