Warnick + Company has been appointed asset manager of Montelucia Resort in Paradise Valley in Arizona, USA.
The $330m luxury resort opened in 2008 and is operated by the InterContinental Hotels Group.
The 293-room resort features a 31,000ft² spa, four restaurants, 27,000ft² of meeting space, and 34 for-sale residential villas.
Warnick + Company will also oversee the sale of the unsold villa units, and work with Eurohypo to sell the resort through Eastdil Secured, its investment sales broker.
Warnick + Company is a strategic advisory firm and currently asset manages over 20 hotels and resorts in the USA, Japan and South Korea.
Eurohypo is a commercial bank based in Germany.
