Rezidor Hotel Group has announced a new hotel project in Sweden in collaboration with partner Winn Hotel Group.
The new Radisson Blu hotel is scheduled to open in 2012 and will include 176 rooms in modern and contemporary design, and equipped with Radisson signature services such as free high speed internet access.
The hotel will feature a restaurant, a lounge, five meeting rooms and a fitness room.
Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts was earlier known as Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts and is Rezidor's most famous brand.
After Rezidor's IPO in November 2006, the brand was renamed in 2009 by adding Blu to its name.
The Rezidor Hotel Group has 380 hotels in operation and under development, with 81,700 rooms in almost 60 countries.
Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts, Regent Hotels & Resorts, Park Inn and Country Inns & Suites are a few of the brands the group operates.
