US-based K Hotels has partnered with the Austrian subsidiary of JJW Hotels & Resorts to form K Hotels Europe in an effort to increase its market share.
K Hotels will establish a sales office in Vienna for its European sales and operations, and its member hotels will benefit from new services that were previously unavailable, the company said.
K Hotels CEO Michael Palmer said the creation of K Hotels Europe will increase its worldwide presence, and will also create new relationships in Europe and the Middle East through JJW Hotels & Resorts.
K Hotels owns a collection of 50 independent hotels across the globe, while JJW Hotels & Resorts owns and manages 63 luxury hotels and resorts in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
