The US-based hotel chain Hilton is planning to open a new Hilton Garden Inn in the Central Anatolian city of Konya, Turkey, on 15 November 2010.
Construction of the new four-star hotel, located beside the Mevlana Cultural Center in Konya, began six months ago, according to turkishweekly.net.
The 25,600m² hotel will have Seljuk designs and will feature 224 rooms, including 24 suites, a 280m² restaurant, 265m² lobby bar, a gym hall, 970m² ball room, and five meeting halls.
Hilton Worldwide is a global hospitality company.
