ButlerTech Group and hotel software company Guestline have entered a strategic partnership, which will see the former integrating its services into Guestline’s Rezlynx property management system (PMS).

Using the cloud-based PMS, ButlerTech’s customers will be able to send messages to hotels before arrival, pay invoices, and make reservations.

ButlerTech CEO Mike Mazza was quoted by e27 as saying: "By integrating our app with Guestline’s Rezlynx PMS, hotels will benefit enormously from improved communications, more efficient service and greater guest satisfaction.

"Data capture and profile building (including social profiles and real-time knowledge as to guest interests, preferences and spend) will also help hotels to introduce a more personalised service, as well as identify VIP guests and social influencers."

"This new partnership will enhance guest service, bringing multiple benefits for hotels that choose to adopt the technology."

The partnership will be launched in ten major hotel brands early this year, and aims to leverage Guestline’s PMS rolodex of 1,500 hotels.

Integrating ButlerTech’s app with the Rezlynx PMS will improve service efficiency, response times, and guest communication.
