The 140-room Cambria hotel spans eight floors of the 15-storey west tower of Rockville Town Square.

Rockville Town Square will provide a parking garage, offering guests a convenient place to park. The complex also houses 40,000ft² of street-level retail space.

The hotel will offer guests a spacious lobby area with floor to ceiling glass, a bar-centric restaurant, Social Circle, and an indoor heated pool and fitness centre.

Choice Hotels recently signed an agreement with franchise partner CGI Merchant Group and 163rd St Executive Center to develop the Cambria Hotels & Suites brand property in North Miami Beach, Florida.

The 165-room North Miami Beach property will feature amenities, including a bistro named Social Circle, which offers a menu comprised of local specialities.
