Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company has started construction works on a new 133-room hotel in Beaufort, US.

The new three-storey property, which is a joint venture between Concord and Beaufort Hospitality Enterprises, will operate as part of Ascend Hotel Collection and is slated to open next year.

It represents an expansion of the existing Front Street Village development and will also offer four waterfront suites overlooking Taylor’s Creek.

“This marks our eighth property in the state, and we look forward to being good neighbours and active members of the community for years to come.”

Each hotel in the Ascend Collection caters to guests seeking an individualised travel experience.
