Property development company Damac Properties is set to open two new hotels in the Burj Area of Dubai in early 2015.

The new properties, Cour Jardin and Captial Bay, will be launched in the next two months, according to the company.

Damac has recently launched Canal Views in the Burj Area, which is currently operational.

The company opened its first property Damac Maison – Dubai Mall Street a year ago and followed with Jebel Ali, in a way to become the region’s largest serviced hotel provider in the Middle East by 2018.

It also has several serviced hotel apartments projects in different areas of Dubai, from the Burj area to Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village, Dubailand and Dubai World Central.

Earlier this year, Damac opened first officially Sharia-certified serviced hotel apartments in the UAE called ‘Ghalia Constella’.
