Hospitality group Hilton Worldwide has announced the opening of Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park, a 299-room Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the master planned community of Granite Park in Plano, Texas.

Located at the Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway, the hotel is in close proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport.

Designed by BOKA Powell, the hotel features amenities including a corporate living room environment and coffee bar style lounge area with a combination of community tables and den seating.

Other hotel amenities include a Precor fitness centre and an outdoor pool with fire pit and resort seating. A pedestrian waterfront boardwalk connects the hotel to a 30,000ft² conference centre.

The hotel is an integral part of privately-held Granite Properties commercial real estate holding and the opening marks the latest addition to the 90-acre mixed-used development.
