Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) has teamed up with an institutional investment fund to acquire the Northland Inn hotel and conference centre in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US.
The 231-room Northland Inn will be managed by StepStone Hospitality, hotelAVE's sister company, effective immediately.
The hotel offers more than 33,000ft² of meeting space, including two ballrooms, a 140-seat amphitheatre, an executive boardroom and 25 meeting break-out rooms.
