Hyatt Hotels has opened a new Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights hotel in Dubai, which is its fifth property in the city.

The 464-room hotel is near to the Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Wafi City, The Dubai Mall and Dubai Healthcare City metro station.

The group plans to open its sixth property Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square later this year.Each of the six properties is developed by wasl Asset Management subsidiary, wasl Hospitality.

The new hotel comprises 76 luxury suites, including two Royal Suites. All suites offer access to the exclusive Regency Club lounge on the 32nd floor, providing views of the Dubai creek.

Hyatt’s new property includes 3,200m² or 10,500ft² of conferencing facilities, comprising 13 meeting suites and two interchangeable ballrooms for different events such as weddings, conferences or meetings.

The hotel also features an outdoor pool and eight spa treatment rooms, including two couple suites, in addition to NYSA Spa, featuring the Water Temple, traditional male and female gymnasiums and workout studios.

In addition, the property includes buffet-style restaurant Sufra, Pool Bar and 24-hour in-room dining service.
