Hong Kong-based hotel firm Langham Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement with DAS Real Estate to manage The Langham resort in Dubai, UAE.

The new property, which is situated on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah and scheduled to open in 2015, will be the hotel group’s first resort and also marks the entry of the group into the Middle East region.

Langham, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai will feature interiors designed by Aedas Limited that will be inspired by the brand’s properties in Europe.

Langham Hospitality Group CEO Robert Warman said, "The trifecta of this hotel’s spectacular location on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s winning bid to host the World Expo in 2020, and The Langham’s beautiful design aesthetics, make it the perfect time to debut our first resort in this dynamic destination."

All 323 rooms and suites at the resort will have outdoor terraces that will offer sea-front views, as the property has a waterfront location directly facing the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai Marina skyline.
