Marriott Hotels and Host Hotels have embarked on a $39m renovation project on the flagship New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square, New York, US.
The renovation includes the lobby, two restaurants, lounges, all guestrooms and a new 29,000ft² ballroom.
The 1,946-room hotel, which has over 100,000ft² of banqueting and meeting space, is owned by Host Hotels & Resorts and managed by Marriott International.
