Parkway Corporation is to construct a $60m hotel in the Center City district of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US.
The 246-room Home2 Suites by Hilton will open in 2013 and feature over 2,000ft² of meeting space and 9,750ft² for ground floor retail and restaurants.
Once completed, the new project will bring the total hotel room count in Center City to more than 1,000.
