Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has sold the Hilton Glasgow City in Scotland to Topland Group for £35.7m as part of its efforts to dispose of its non-core assets.
According to RBS, the development marks the completion of the sale of all 11 hotels in its Hilton portfolio, which included properties in Manchester and Warwick.
Topland has six London Thistle hotels in its property portfolio.
