Sitting on 5.5 acres of the 17.5 acre Southport Project on Lake Washington, the Hotel at Southport is the third of four phases and will offer a 40,000ft² conference centre, VIP lounge and gourmet restaurant.

Amenities also include 20,000ft² of waterfront courtyards and plazas, and four roof-top terraces.

Said to be an EB-5 partially funded project, Hotel at Southport on Lake Washington is scheduled to open in spring 2017 and is on track for LEED designation in building design and construction by the US Green Building Council.
