Interstate Hotels & Resorts, hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) and Meadow Partners have opened a new hotel, The Renwick, at 118 East 40th Street in New York, US.

The new 173-room hotel features 33 custom suites in a brick building with spacious interiors.

In addition, the hotel’s studios and suites are inspired by prominent literary and creative figures of its past, the company stated.

The hotel also has two creator suites, of which the artist’s suite features a blank canvas on a wall ledge and an artist easel with paint brushes, while the writer’s suite has a functioning typewriter, an inkwell and pen on the desk.

The hotel’s presidential suite, James Renwick Suite, features a living room, bedroom, dining area, wetbar, powder room and a large outdoor terrace.

Moreover, the hotel offers a fitness facility, high-tech business centre and complimentary 200mb/s Wi-Fi and hardwire internet.
