US-based UEB Builders has secured a contract to renovate the Chaparral Suites Hotel and conference centre in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The 312-room hotel is located on the north-east corner of Scottsdale Road and Chaparral Road and is in proximity to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Waterfront.

Chaparral Suites Hotel features 50,000ft² of flexible meeting and function space, two heated outdoor pools, a fitness centre and a 24-hour business centre.
All guest suites feature a combination of spacious accommodation and signature amenities such as individual airport transportation, business centre, exercise facility, in-suite wired and wireless internet and free parking.
Chaparral Suites Hotel was purchased by Snyder Nationwide Real Estate in December 2014 in a transaction worth $34m, according to Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona.
