US-based private investment firm Westwind Investors has sold two Hampton Inn hotels in the US states of North and South Carolina to Terrapin Investments.
The 100-room Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte-Arrowroad in North Carolina features 1,300ft² of meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool and fitness and business centres.
