The villa has a spacious entranceway, living room to seat seven, a dining room to seat eight and a large pantry.

Facilities include a plasma screen television, work area with Wi-Fi, private bar and built-in safe. Each of the bedrooms (two king-size and two queen-size) have their own private patio with excellent views. All of the bathrooms have double vanity units and separate bath tub and shower.
