Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino,
Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino opened at the beginning of 2003 in the Barona Indian Reservation, San Diego, marking the completion of a two-year expansion.	The new casino covers 310,000ft², featuring an extensive selection of gaming facilities, including 2,000 slots, video poker, keno machines and 52 gaming tables.	The Barona Valley Branch Resort offers 364 deluxe guest rooms and 33 luxury suites (ranging in size from 800 ft² to 3,500ft²). All necessary amenities are featured providing total comfort and convenience.
The 18-hole course is a par 72. It is 7,088yd long with nearly 100 multi-fingered bunkers and a series of lakes and ponds that are connected to naturally fed streams.	The golf course has been the recipient of numerous awards including Audubon Signature Certification, as well as being rated 4th in California by Golfweek Magazine and 10th by Golf Magazine.

The Caesars Palace expansion is costing over $1bn.	The expansion was announced in July 2007 and is part of a broader plan formulated in 2005.	The Octavius Tower will be the sister tower to the Augustus Tower opened in 2005.

Citycenter Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel is on Collins Avenue in Florida, US.	The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel is spread across 22 oceanfront acres and has 1,504 rooms.	The Fontainebleau Miami Beach has 11 restaurants and nightclubs, including three signature restaurants, a 40,000ft² spa and a pool area with private cabanas.
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel underwent a $1bn refurbishment in 2008, including the building of a luxury tower with 286 suites.	The tower includes a 4,300ft² penthouse.

Gaylord Opryland Texas Resort, Grapevine, TX
The Gaylord Opryland Texas Resort and Convention Centre offers 1,511 Guest Rooms, conference and meeting facilities, a health spa, indoor entertainment venue, pools and a number of restaurants.	The resort, which opened to the public in April 2004, includes a four-acre atrium that will be a showcase of Texan landscapes and vistas in a climate-controlled environment under glass.	The Opryland Texas features function, conference and exhibition space, executive boardrooms, meeting rooms and two ballrooms.
A wireless check-in system at the Opryland Texas Resort enables visitors to literally be checked in at the curbside by hotel staff with handheld computers.	The Opryland Texas Resort features 1,511 rooms, of which 141 are suites.	Facilities further include an indoor exercise pool, one outdoor leisure pool as well as a spa and fitness centre.
The Gaylord Opryland Texas opened on 2 April 2004 at a total cost of around $328 million.

Geejam Hotel

Grand Hyatt San Antonio

Hilton Americas Houston, TX
The four-star Hilton Americas Houston is a convention hotel connected to the George R. Brown Convention Centre.	The Hilton Americas Houston is Houston's largest convention hotel with 91,500ft² of meeting space	The meeting space is offered on three levels made accessible by dedicated elevators, escalators and staircase, as well as being connected via a skywalk to the George R. Brown Convention Centre.
The meeting facilities include two dedicated bays on loading dock for convention receiving and six freight elevators, the largest being 8ft high x 10ft wide x 20ft deep.	The hotel offers 1,200 guestrooms, including two presidential suites, two spacious executive suites and 62 one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites.	Guestroom amenities include: hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, radio/alarm clock, mini bar, coffee maker, in-room safe, oversized desk area, dual line telephones with dataport and high-speed internet connectivity.
Incorporated in the hotel is an array of dining facilities, namely traditional American cooking.	The project was supervised by Houston Convention Centre Hotel Corporation.	Guests at the Hilton Houston can enjoy a pleasant evening's entertainment in the 26,000ft² Ballroom of the Americas.
The Grand Ballroom can be configured into 12 breakout rooms ranging in size.	Rich colours and bold shapes are paired with the latest technology in the guest rooms of the Hilton in Houston.	The Tower Lounge offers breakfast and hor d'oeuvres in a geometrically designed space.

Hilton Atlanta Hotel
The Hilton Atlanta hotel is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, Georgia.	The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 2,200 people in a theatre-style arrangement.	The Southern Elements restaurant offers traditional southern cuisine.

Hyatt Denver Convention Center Hotel, Denver
Construction began in 2004 and the hotel was opened for business in December 2005.	The hotel offers picturesque views of the Rocky Mountains and the Platte Valley.	Each guestroom has a plush red and a flat screen television.
The Hyatt gym has 100 pieces of cardiovascular and fitness equipment.	The 50ft lap pool provides a city view as guests enjoy a relaxing swim.	The Altitude restaurant open kitchen allows guests to watch the chef prepare their meal.
The 'Perk n Go' coffee shop offers a casual dining and drinking area.	The Centennial ballroom is the largest space in the hotel and the largest of its kind in Colorado state.

Liberty Hotel,
A 16-storey tower contains the bulk of the guest rooms in the Liberty Hotel.	The Liberty Hotel has retained some of the original architecture from its former incarnation as a jail.	18 of the rooms in the Liberty Hotel are situated in the original jail building.

Loden Hotel,
The 77 guest rooms at the Loden Hotel include luxury double rooms.	The Loden Hotel in Vancouver is well situated in the city for both business and tourism.	The Vancouver-based Loden Hotel opened in December 2007.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York, NY
The Mandarin Oriental New York opened in October 2003 in the heart of Manhattan, USA.	The hotel offers a selection of dining facilities including the Lobby Lounge.	A grand staircase leads from the ballroom and meeting rooms to the hotel lobby below.
The hotel offers first-rate health and fitness facilities, including a full service 13,500ft² spa and health club that offers a wider selection of treatments.	The Mandarin Oriental and residential apartments are situated at the top of the Center, overlooking Central Park.	The hotel lobby is 250ft above ground level, providing sweeping views of the city and central park.
The rooms are elegantly appointed and offer a wide range of technologies and comforts.	The lobby has superb oriental-style decoration.	Some of the corner rooms have exceptional views of New York city through their floor-to-ceiling windows.

Mandarin Oriental International Hotel
The new Mandarin Oriental hotel in Washington comprises 400 rooms and was constructed at a cost of $144 million.	Brennan Beer Gorman Monk Architects designed the hotel, with Hirsch Bedner Associates as interior designers.	There are 347 deluxe rooms in the hotel.

Maritime Hotel, New York
The hotel building was bought for $19m in 2001 and is in the up and coming Chelsea district near Soho and Tribeca.	The windows are five foot portholes and each room has one.	The Hiro ballroom and lounge.

MGM Grand Detroit, Michigan
The MGM Grand is the first casino in Detroit.	The MGM Grand cost $800m.	The pool is part of the hotel's 20,000ft² spa.

Millennium Bostonian Hotel, Boston

Mohegan Sun Resort
In 2002, Mohegan Sun Casino completed a $1bn expansion adding a new casino, hotel tower, spa, retail space and conference facilities to its existing casino in Conneticut.	Project Sunburst tripled the size of the existing property.	The expansion includes 1,200 guestrooms in a new, luxury hotel tower.
The additional gaming entertainment makes Mohegan Sun one of the largest casino complexes in the world.	The casino is owned by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority.	The new facilities at Mohegan Sun Casino opened successively during 2002.

Mount Airy Casino Resort, Pennsylvania

Niagara Falls Casino
The Niagara Casino Gateway Project was begun in 2001 and finished in June 2003.	The development involved the construction of a new high-rise hotel consisting of 32 floors with 368 rooms and a 100,000ft² permanent casino.	Niagara Casino Gateway Project Hotel - first suspended slab pour - March 13, 2002.
The development includes a 368 room Hyatt hotel.	A selection of dining facilities, a comprehensive health spa plus an array of shops was also be included in the development.	The construction of the casino involved 7,500t of structural steel and 900,000ft² of steel deck, as well as 200t of architectural steel to build the casino entrances.
The Casino Gateway Project will generates 5,000 permanent full-time and part-time direct jobs and 5,000 indirect jobs.	The project aimed to stimulate the local economy, as well as generate $100-125 million in contracts for mechanical, electrical and concrete work.

Pinehurst Golf Resort, North Carolina
Owned by the Dedman family, the Pinehurst resort was first built by Bostonian James Tufts in 1895. A $12m renovation was completed in 2008.	The Pinehurst resort will stage the 2014 US Open Championships for men and women.	Accommodation at Pinehurst includes the Carolina hotel, Manor Inn, Holly Inn and luxury villas and condominiums.
The 9,600ft² Grand Ballroom at the Carolina can accommodate up to 1,200 people for a reception.	The 1,460ft² North Room is ideal for small meetings or private cocktail parties.	The Spa at Pinehurst offers 50 treatments and services, including massages, scrubs and Yoga.

Renaissance Boston

Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel
The hotel showcases a mix of southern and European styles.	The hotel is owned by South Park Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of JWM Family Enterprises LP.	All rooms and suites are furnished with bedding, custom duvets, down comforters and thick mattresses with mattress toppers.
Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark has 14 meeting rooms.	The hotel's newly renovated 24-hour fitness centre covers a 1,100ft² area.	The hotel also has an indoor saltwater swimming pool and a dry sauna.

Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas
Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas offers 349 luxurious rooms and suites. All rooms offer either lake or mountain views.	The top two floors of the Pontevecchio Bridge consist of club rooms, reserved for guests of club level.	The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom is 11,813ft². It has high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, pin-spot lighting capabilities and extensive pre-function space as well as offering garden views plus easy access to the expansive outdoor terrace.
The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas hotel offers 33,000ft² of indoor meeting space as well as outdoor event venues and a selection of scenic lakefront and garden settings.	The hotel offers the services of a professional conference services manager, catering sales manager and catering services manager, who will work with each meeting planner to custom-design the function to be held.	The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas is a hotel and spa located twenty miles southeast of downtown Las Vegas and a 25 minute drive from McCarran International Airport.

Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Arizona
The 33-storey Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.	The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is the city's first hotel to be constructed in the area since 1976.	A double room at the hotel will have all the comfort associated with Sheraton hotels.

Sofitel New York
The 30-storey limestone and glass Sofitel New York building boasts a central tower, with 20-storey buildings on the either side of it.	Sofitel New York rooms include a lounge, a sleeping area and a marble bathroom.	Sofitel features an all-feather MYBED bed with an extra duvet.

Taj Boston
The Taj Boston was renamed from the Ritz-Carlton in January 2007.	The design of the Taj Boston involves antique furniture and soft shades such as gold, celadon greens, beiges or soft rose.	The four-star hotel has plush facilities such as function space and a ballroom.
Guests at the Taj Boston can enjoy views of the Public Garden and the Commonwealth Avenue mall.

The Water Club at Borgata, Hotel Casino and Spa
The Borgata was first opened in July 2003 and now The Water Club will form the second phase expansion of the complex.	The Water Club will have furnishings and fittings that are second to none.	A design based around the element of water gives the Water Club elegance and vitality.
The Water Club spa will include a number of swimming pools, 'experience' rooms and a fitness centre.	Guests at the Water Club can relax in style with Jacuzzis and heated pools.

Trump International Hotel and Tower
The new Trump tower will be one of the tallest in Chicago when it is completed.	The floors are being added at the rate of one per week, with a total of 96 at completion.	The floors above the top hotel level of 27 are now being worked on, containing residential condominiums.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower was set to be even taller, but after the terrorist attacks of 2001 the planned height was reduced.	The building has three setbacks to correspond with surrounding buildings and fit into the landscape.

W Hoboken
The five-storey W Hoboken has 23 suites.	The lobby lounge has been designed so that guests can enjoy a bite to eat while relaxing.	The hotel features six meeting rooms.

Westin Detroit Metropolitan
The Westin is located at Detroit Wayne County Metropolitan Airport, adjacent to the newly constructed Edward H. McNamara terminal. The hotel has 400 guest rooms, fully-equipped meeting rooms, a fitness centre and executive club lounge.	One of the hotel's special features is an eight-story atrium with bamboo trees, a Zen garden, 5,000ft² serene reflecting pool, a jet lounge overlooking the apron and runway areas, glass elevators and a gourmet restaurant and bar overlooking the atrium and reflecting pool.	The hotel has around 25,000ft² of meeting space including 28 meeting rooms and a 7,600ft² ballroom with separate banquet kitchen. A separate lounge with fireplace is located in the executive concierge facility, located on the hotel's top floor.
The concrete structure with double-pane windows is largely soundproof and equipped with a filtration system to prevent the smell of fuel entering the building. The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport hotel welcomed its first guests on 1 January 2003.

Westin Hotel, Lombard, Illinois
The hotel was constructed in an ‘L’-shaped tower block. Some city ordinances had to be changed to allow the 18-storey structure.	The hotel has a spa and an indoor lap pool.	The cocktail lounge at the hotel.

Westminster Hotel, Livingston, NJ
The $25 million Westminster Hotel in Livingston, New Jersey features 190 guest rooms, including 10 suites, 15,000ft² of banquet and conference facilities, an indoor heated swimming pool and fitness facilities.	The guest rooms, designed J/Brice Design International, Inc., feature oversized desks, ergonomically designed desk chairs, pullout ottomans and two T1 access points for high-speed Internet in a surrounding of natural finishes with wood tones and brushed nickel.	All luxury guest rooms rooms have triple-sheeted king size beds, down-filled bed pillows and crisp, ecru and sage duvet covers. Business travellers enjoy access to a club lounge and conferences can be held with a total of 15,000ft² of meeting space.
The Westminster Hotel Livingston, owned by the Westminster Hospitality Group, an affiliate of Kushner Companies, had its soft opening in January 2003 at a total rehabilitation cost of $25 million.
