Stratford’s Oldest Hotel Solves Guest Communication Challenge with Quadriga and LG

Quadriga and LG have partnered to provide The White Swan Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon with the LG Pro:Centric V hospitality TV solution. It enables the hotel to deliver information on hotel services and local attractions directly to guests, via the TV. Quadriga experts have worked with the hotel to deliver the most effective way of communicating this information, incorporating brand requirements of both the hotel and parent company, Fullers. The White Swan is the first UK installation of the new and unique LG Pro:Centric V.

As part of the Fuller’s hotels and inns group, The White Swan wanted an information portal that was affordable and low maintenance but would enable it to communicate its parent company’s brand messaging whilst keeping its 500 year old heritage and unique location at the forefront.

Using the capability of the LG Pro:Centric V central content management system Quadriga has been able to design information on the hotel, the local area and local attractions such as brewery tours, in the most effective way to attract guests. Through the IP addressable server this information is delivered to all 41 rooms in the hotel which have either 26in or 32in TV versions of the HD LG Pro:Centric V installed. This means guests are able to benefit from both top-quality viewing of TV channels and also the latest hotel information which can be updated from a single point ensuring easy maintenance for the hotel.
