Winterhalter now offers the undercounter warewashers of the UC series with a glass door and blue interior lighting – a visual highlight for the bar areas of lounges, bars and clubs. This new innovative design does of course include all of the technical features of the UC series.
Thomas Böhme, international marketing manager of Winterhalter Gastronom, explains: “The UC machines with glass doors should be of special interest in lounges, trendy bars and fashionable clubs. The blue interior lighting is creating an unusual backbar feature for guests.”
Of course, operators can continue to benefit from all of the technical advantages of the UC series such as the easy to use, language neutral touchscreen or visual and acoustic signals providing information about the dishwashing progress and machine status.
Thomas Böhme explains further: “The UC series is the first and only warewasher with our variable pressure control device – VarioPower. It features special programs for every kind of item to be washed: fragile glasses are treated gently and robust items more vigorously. In addition, the factors responsible for the dishwashing process (temperature, time, cleaning agents) are adjusted for optimal results.”
To get sparkling clean glasses that do not have to be polished by hand, Winterhalter has introduced the reverse osmosis RoMatik XS. This can be installed alongside the UC Series machines taking up a minimal amount of space.
Thomas Böhme concludes: “We offer a complete solution for our customers with additional, precisely matched components, such as baskets, cleaning agents and dishwasher hygiene products.”
