In its ongoing efforts to help their customers to get the most value from guest data, Skyware has now released its Guest Management System (GMS), which is a fully integrated part of the Skyware Hospitality Solution.

When a new reservation is made in the Skyware Property Management System (PMS), the guest’s contact details, stay dates, room type and rate plan information is automatically uploaded to a new GMS database.

This allows the hotel to define email campaigns that will automatically send customised stay confirmations and pre-arrival information and promotions. This could include asking the guest to book a table for dinner, information on food festivals and happy hours, airport pick-up, etc.

Once in the property, the GMS database continues to communicate with the guest and provides information regarding promotions and activities taking place in the hotel. Following guest departure, the GMS will automatically send a follow-up email requesting feedback on the stay. Positive feedback is then automatically sent to Trip Advisor, which leads to improved Trip Advisor rankings.
