Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Food Preparation and Serving Related Occupations, which accounted for 21% of the total new job postings in Q4 2023 and were down by 9% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 18% and drop by 3% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 53% of the new job postings and 2% higher year-on-year.

Top five companies in travel and tourism industry accounted for 74% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Accor with 897, followed by Marriott International with 740, while the highest increase was at Star Entertainment Group at 15%.
