According to GlobalData’s traveller demands & flows database, Egypt will be the second fastest growing source market in Africa, recording a year-on-year growth of 55.2% in international arrivals. GlobalData predicts that Germany, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia will be the largest source markets for Egypt in 2022.
3. South Africa-year-on-year growth (60.4%).
GlobalData forecasts that South Africa will see a year-on-year growth of 60.4% in international arrivals in 2022, making it the third fastest growing destination in Africa.
