Crown Sydney has opened its luxury hotel Crown Towers and restaurant line-up including a’Mare, Woodcut, Nobu and Yoshii’s Omakase.

Located in the Barangaroo district of central Sydney, the ‘six star’ 349-room property was designed by Britain’s Chris Wilkinson.

Claiming to be Australia’s ‘most luxurious’ hotel, it is 275m in height and features amenities such as a free observation deck at 250 metres, an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, fitness centre as well as spa facilities for the guests.

Dubbed Crown Spa Sydney, the spa facility includes terraces for yoga and meditation, relaxation rooms, vitality pools, experience showers, and infrared saunas.

The interior of each room is said to be designed to offer a sophisticated, modern backdrop that captures the essence of the hotel’s harbourside setting.

Speaking on the launch, Crown Sydney’s CEO Peter Crinis said: “Crown Towers and the restaurant and bar line-up will be a unique addition to Barangaroo’s already thriving food scene, as well as provide Sydney with a world-class hotel that will allow the city to compete with other major global tourism hubs.”
