Conrad Hotels & Resorts is all set to make its debut in Abu Dhabi as it assumes the management of Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Towers.

Conrad parent company Hilton and the property’s owner Sheikh Suroor Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan have signed a management agreement, following which Etihad Towers will reopen as Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers on 01 October.

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers will be the first of Hilton’s luxury portfolio to operate in Abu Dhabi.

Hilton Middle East, Africa and Turkey president Jochem-Jan Sleiffer said: “Abu Dhabi is a world leading destination and remains a historic city for Hilton as a location where we began welcoming guests in the UAE almost 50 years ago.

“We are proud to be working with Sheikh Suroor Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan to bring this iconic hotel to our portfolio and look forward to providing luxury Conrad service at Etihad Towers.”

The 576-room property features venues for social activities, including 12 dining concepts, spa, private beach, three swimming pools, and facilities for conference and events.
