Curator was introduced in November last year. It seeks to improve small brands and independent, lifestyle hotels’ operating performance and profitability.

Davidson Hospitality Group chairman and CEO John Belden said: “Curator’s owner-centric offerings combined with Davidson’s best-in-class management will enhance the profitability and performance of these properties while also enabling new product, service, and technology offerings from the Curator platform.”

Last month, Curator welcomed four new properties and marked its debut in the travel destinations of coastal New Jersey and the Red Rock Country of Arizona.

In July this year, Curator signed an agreement to enable its hotels to contract with Sabre’s suite of hospitality retailing solutions.
