US-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is set to manage the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center.

The 30-storey, 506-room Embassy Suites, which is part of a two-tower development project on 1.3 acres of land, is scheduled to open during the fourth quarter of next year.

Embassy Suites is situated on the north side of Demonbreun Street between 7th and 8th Avenues in a prime location adjacent to Nashville’s $625m, 2.1 million square foot convention center, Music City Center.

It features more than 32,000ft² of meeting and event space and several food, beverage and entertainment options. Amenities offered include a rooftop pool, event area, bar and dedicated indoor and outdoor wellness areas.
