Hyatt Hotels Corporation has launched Hyatt Together, a digital platform for guests, members and customers featuring curated videos created by the hotel staff from across the globe.
In the wellbeing-oriented approach, Hyatt Together is focused on three pillars: Feel (emotional and mental wellbeing), Fuel (powering the body, including food, sleep) and Function (how you move and function in work and life).
The Hyatt Together content intends to bring its signature experiences to outside of the Hyatt hotels so that more people can access it at home or while travelling.
Hyatt wellbeing council co-chair and Miraval director of spa and wellbeing Simon Marxer said: “After hearing from members, guests, customers and colleagues over the last several months, we know mental and physical wellbeing is more important than ever.
“With Hyatt Together, we are reimagining our approach to connecting with people, wherever they are, and give access to global Hyatt experiences. This digital platform, among many other initiatives, illustrates how wellbeing remains a priority and true point of difference for Hyatt.”
Started as a way to connect with its corporate customers in May this year, Hyatt Together has videos of staff sharing their passions, across culinary, physical fitness and mindfulness themes and much more.
From Pilates to making the dalgona coffee that is served at Grand Hyatt Macau, all guests and World of Hyatt loyalty members can access Hyatt Together.
The platform has recently published three videos: Make Time for Movement featuring a fitness specialist at Miraval Austin, Robyn Riojas; Harness the Power of Hydrotherapy featuring Grand Hyatt Singapore director of spa and Hyatt global wellbeing council member Karu Nanithi.
The third one being — Lift Your Spirits with Mocktails — hosted by Hyatt Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Operations Warren Weekes.
Another part of the platform, Together Talks, focuses on an insider’s view on how the company is shaping the future of the travel industry.
