Hyatt Hotels has opened two new hotels in Manchester, UK, marking the debut of the company’s extended stay segment, the Hyatt House brand, in the country.

The Hyatt Regency Manchester and Hyatt House Manchester are located in in the Innovation District on the Oxford Road Corridor.

Hyatt Regency Manchester, which features 212 rooms, offers floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, meeting spaces, and seven meeting rooms.

Hyatt House Manchester houses 116 studios and one-bedroom suites, and living as well as working spaces.

Both the hotels, which are located in the city’s landmark building, the Lume, are the seventh and eighth Hyatt-branded hotels to open in the UK.

The properties also offer shared facilities, including The Laureate Restaurant, The Graduate Bar.

The Hyatt House Manchester also offers guests access to the Omelet Bar and the 24/7 H Market, while guests to Hyatt Regency Manchester can opt for Regency Club rooms or suites with additional amenities.
