The first Warner Bros (WB) branded hotel has officially opened its door to guests on the Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The WB Abu Dhabi has been developed by real estate firm Miral in partnership with Warner Bros Themed Entertainment. The project has seen a total investment of $112m.

Located next to Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi, The WB Abu Dhabi is 12km from Abu Dhabi Airport and five minutes’ drive to other tourist attractions on Yas Island.

Hilton, Middle East, Africa & Turkey president Jochem-Jan Sleiffer said: “With the opening of The WB Abu Dhabi hotel as part of Curio Collection by Hilton, we continue our successful partnership with Miral on Yas Island.

“This is the second of three hotels we are opening together, following on from the opening of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island earlier this year, with DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences soon to come.

“This property is a perfect representation of what Curio Collection by Hilton is all about, unique locations and experiences that carry their own distinct identity as a concept underpinned by the same upscale Hilton service.”

The hotel features more than 400 curated images and film and TV props, offering guests with a chance to enjoy the history of WB and collection of its productions.

It has 257 guestrooms that feature artwork inspired by three themes, namely From Script to Screen, Artist Confidential and The Vault.

Guest amenities include five restaurants, a lobby, family pool area, fitness centre, spa, 394m2 multi-utility ballroom and the Prop Shop, a WB store.
