Marriott’s newest hospitality brand Moxy Hotels has selected Avaya IX Workplace solutions to upgrade its communication infrastructure.
The partnership with Avaya will allow Moxy Hotels to provide superior service and satisfaction to its customers while strengthening its workforce efficiency and focus on brand position.
The hospitality brand required a solution that is cost-effective, reliable with extended integration capabilities.
Avaya IX Workplace was chosen as its unified communications platform with support from Tele-Automation, a hospitality system integrator and Avaya business partner.

The solution comprises of Avaya advanced desktop IP phones and a user interface that can be adapted to the needs of an individual.
With the solution, Moxy Hotels has seen an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of hotel operations and greater customer engagement.
