The company plans to have 50 hotels with 7,000 rooms in time for the 2012 Olympics.

Travelodge currently has 5,714 rooms and 40 hotels in London. It operates 466 hotels and 32,477 rooms across the UK, Ireland and Spain, and plans to have 1,100 hotels in Europe with over 100,000 rooms by 2025.
