Czech hospitality group CPI Hotels has further expanded its presence in the European market with the acquisition of Mamaison Hotels & Residences, which has hotels in several major cities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Russia.

Under the deal, CPI Hotels will now operate Mamaison Hotel Riverside Prague, Mamaison Residence Belgicka Prague and Mamaison Business & Conference Hotel Imperial Ostrava.

CPI Hotels, which currently manages 18 hotels, will also receive an additional seven hotels located in Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest and Moscow under the management contract.
