Hilton Worldwide has inked an agreement for dual-branded Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville East/Hurstbourne in Louisville, Kentucky, US.

The new Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites will join Hilton’s 15 worldwide properties currently located in the Louisville, Kentucky market and its current portfolio of nearly 20 dual-branded hotels.

Scheduled to open in Q1 2017, the 83-room Hampton Inn will be the tenth Hampton hotel property and the 74-room Home2 Suites by Hilton will be the first Home2 Suites brand property in the area, with a total of 157 new rooms.

A new build 162-room Hilton Garden Inn is also being constructed downtown on West Chestnut. Both are anticipated to open in Q1 2015.
